Terms and Conditions

  1. Winning Criteria: User must fulfill the requirement of acquiring 150 Points per week to claim the weekly jackpot of 50 Points. Each user can only claim once per week, and can claim a maximum of 3 jackpots in total if they can finish all the 3 weekly challenges.
  2. Challenge Eligibility: Open to all RewardBox users.
  3. Event Period: from Dec 24, 2025, 00:00 (BRT) until Jan 14, 2026, 23:59 (BRT)
    • Week 1: from Dec 24, 2025 to Dec 30, 2025
    • Week 2: from Dec 31, 2025 to Jan 6, 2026
    • Week 3: from Jan 7, 2026 to Jan 13, 2026
    • Last day to redeem jackpots: Jan 14, 2026

    Users must claim the jackpots (if any) before Jan 14, 2026 at 23:59 (BRT) or else we will not be responsible for any unclaimed Points.
  4. Final Decision: In case of disputes or issues, RewardBox reserves the right to make fair and final decisions at its sole discretion. The decision shall be binding on all participants.
